Client Testimonials
Brought in my Seiko Prospex for the pressure test before a dive trip to Tioman. The team explained each step clearly and replaced the crown gasket proactively. Came back with the certificate, which was reassuring. Timing was exactly as quoted — two days.
My father's old Omega had completely lost its lume — you couldn't see the hands at all in low light. After the restoration, the indices glow evenly and the colour matches the original dial tone well. Took nine days, which was within the window they gave me.
Submitted a Rolex Datejust that had been sitting in a drawer for twelve years. The before-and-after photos they sent were quite striking. Movement is accurate again, case looks refreshed, and the crystal is clear. Worth every ringgit.
I was a little hesitant handing over a sentimental watch, but the process was transparent from the start. They called me before each phase of the restoration and described what they found. That kind of communication made a real difference.
Had a diver tested here before going to the Perhentian Islands. The dry and wet pressure testing gave me confidence the seals were in proper condition. The gasket they found slightly worn was swapped out. A sensible precaution before any dive.
The lume on my Tudor Black Bay had degraded unevenly — some markers brighter than others. After the restoration, everything is consistent. The technician explained the application process in a way I could follow. Quietly impressive work.

Watch Stories
The owner had used the watch recreationally for five years without any seal checks. With a dive holiday planned at Pulau Redang, he wanted to know where the watch actually stood before entering the water.
The watch underwent dry pressure testing first, then wet testing at rated depth. Crown tube gaskets showed measurable wear; these were replaced before retesting. A certificate was issued documenting both original and final results.
Watch cleared final pressure tests at rated depth. Owner departed for Redang with a current testing record. Returned three weeks later to say the watch had performed without issue across twelve dives.
"Knowing the seals were freshly evaluated made the whole trip more relaxed. I could focus on the diving." — Owner
A client inherited a 1970s Longines dress watch from a relative. The watch had not been serviced in at least twenty years, the movement had stopped, the crystal was crazed, and the bracelet had significant corrosion around the clasp.
Full movement disassembly and service; worn components identified and sourced. Case cleaned and polished in original brushed style. Crystal replaced with period-appropriate sapphire. Bracelet clasp replaced. Four phase consultations held with the owner throughout.
Movement serviced and running to within +4 seconds per day across all positions. Watch presented with full photographic record from intake through completion. Owner described the result as closely resembling photos of the watch when it was purchased new.
"It looks the way I remembered it from my childhood. Better than I'd hoped." — Owner
Acquired via a pre-owned dealer, the watch had inconsistent lume — some hour markers had failed entirely while others remained partially active. The owner needed reliable low-light readability for work in dimly lit environments.
All degraded luminous material removed under magnification. Fresh compound applied matching the cool-green colour temperature of the original application. Curing time observed before standardised brightness and duration testing was conducted on each marker.
All markers now perform consistently. Duration tests showed full brightness retention for over eight hours. Colour temperature aligns with the dial. Returned within nine working days, within the quoted window.
"The markers are uniform now — exactly what the watch needed. I use it daily." — Owner
